Return Eligibility
- Personalized or Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns on custom products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong item. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
- Non-Custom Products: You may return non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@giftomory.com. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
- Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. You may return non-custom products for a refund within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Ineligible Returns
Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Due to the unique nature of personalized or custom-made products, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@giftomory.com to initiate a return request. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo evidence of damage or issue (if applicable)
- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to package and ship your item(s).
- Ship Your Return: Securely package your item(s) and send them back to us using the provided shipping method.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
